This data should not be distributed except to EOC personnel as needed. Fields include registrant name, phone number(s), address of shelter, type, location of shelter on property, capacity, and date (filled in by registrant), plus date registered, and additional information, which can be a verbal description of the location, furnished GPS coordinates, special needs info that resident wants to supply., or if it is considered a tentative registration because it was only called in (often during a storm possibility), and there is no associated paperwork.Updated within 24 hours of receiving a registration form. 3273 shelters registered in Midwest City December 2019. Once the shelters are plotted we use Calculate Geometry to get Latitude and Longitude for each shelter.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
