Working layer for addiing easements and Right-of-way properties in Midwest City. Primarily added using legal descriptions, but a few were added by digitizing easements previously drawn in the paper Easement Atlas which was maintained by hand until 1996 or 1998. Scans were made of the Easement Atlas pages, and geo-referenced. Includes utility, drainage, sanitary sewer easements, and road ROW, etc. |
